Other Characters

There are other characters in Liberty Bay beside just the heroes and villians.

Commissioner Goodman

A dedicated cop, the commissioner believes in doing this his way--or the highway! He does not approve of superheroes being in his town and thinks the police can handle things better on their own.

Chief Brenner

The Commissioner's second in command, Brenner is friendly toward Doc Astounding and his team and tries to assist them whenever possible.
